Remembrance Day 2024
On Monday 11th November, our school community came together to remember those who have given their lives in order to protect our freedoms. All students listened to an assembly delivered by Mrs Wood and Mrs Cox. Delphine in Year 9 read the exhortation and Finley in Year 10 played the last post. A 2 minute silence was observed by all students to remember those lost in battle.
Students who are Scouts, Guides and Cadets have been encouraged to wear their uniforms in school and poppies have been sold throughout the preceding week to raise money for the Royal British Legion.
