Tree Planting at Westonbirt Arboretum
On Friday 7th March, 24 Year 9 students visited Westonbirt Arboretum to plant trees as part of the Silk Wood Community Planting Project: Silk Wood Community Planting Project | Forestry England.
The students worked hard during the day to plant 110 trees including Italian alder, European pear, Holly and Field maple and really enjoyed their visit. We have received a certificate for our participation in the planting project and all students will receive an individual certificate thanking them for their efforts.
